Collection 4: Places in Time

This series of paintings is based on vintage slides and photos I rediscovered in 2020.  These are images that my newly married parents took in the 50's as they traveled the East Coast.  I personally have not been to these places but painting them made me feel like I was visiting them with my parents acting as tour guides.
